I’m looking forward to our December all-staff meeting on Tuesday, December 12 at 10:00. Several of you had asked if we could have a later start time. Given prior commitments for next Tuesday, we will keep the starting time for this meeting at 10:00 and then move it to a later time for future meetings.

Strategic Planning Documents
One of our topics of discussion will be our strategic planning process. Amanda Green, former FCSN staff and former DESE staff, will help facilitate our process. She has been engaged in interviews with external partners and has written up a summary of her interviews, which I have attached. Please keep in mind that she heard overwhelmingly positive feedback about the Federation, even though her report focuses on areas of challenge. At our staff meeting, we will break into small groups to discuss the first challenge in her report – lack of knowledge about the Federation. I’ve also attached an overview and timeline for the planning process.
