The Federation is strongly committed to promoting language access to the greatest extent possible. Our current procedures are de-centralized, meaning that programs must obtain their own translation and interpretation services.
- Please refer to our translation glossary for many common terms used in our communications. Share our preferred translations with vendors, when possible.
- Non-technical and brief communications such as flyers may be translated electronically and then reviewed by bilingual program staff
- DeepL is preferred for the languages that it covers
- We are working to confirm agreement on a standard process for this type of translation procedure.
